RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Mick Margo will gladly accept the return or exchange of all unworn, full price merchandise with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original boxes. Shoes shipped in their designer boxes without additional packaging will not be accepted. Returns on lingerie and swimwear will only be accepted if the hygiene strip is still in place.

 

All Sale items are Final Sale.  Outlet items are sale items and there will be no exceptions, refunds or exchanges for any outlet items.

 

Items returned to Mick Margo for a refund or exchange must be sent back no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. Items sent later than 14 days will be accepted at the discretion of Mick Margo and will only be refunded as a “store credit.”  Items will be refunded less the cost of shipping.

 

To return an item, simply fill out the form enclosed in the shipping box and state your reason for return. Include this form in the box for return. Attach the address label provided to your shipping box, then send the box back using the carrier of your choice. Mick Margo is not responsible for any shipping charges you may incur or for any damages or losses suffered when returning the items. Therefore we also suggest you insure the items you are shipping back to us and use a carrier such as UPS, FedEx or the USPS Priority Mail Service and obtain a tracking number.

 

Once Mick Margo has received your returned goods, we will perform an inspection for quality control to ensure the item(s) are in saleable condition as outlined above. You will receive an email stating that we have received the merchandise and have issued a refund to your card less the amount of the initial shipping charges. Refunds will appear on your credit card statement within 5-7 business days after Mick Margo has received the merchandise.

 

Exchanges are only available for different sizes or colors of the same item.  To exchange an item, simply fill out the form enclosed in the shipping box and let us know why you are sending back the item(s) and what you would like to receive in exchange. Then send the item(s) back to us using the guidelines outlined above for returns and we will send out the newly requested items. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and inspected by Mick Margo.

 

In order to ensure that the merchandise requested for exchange is in stock, we suggest that you contact us prior to shipping the merchandise back to Mick Margo. Please send your order number and exchange request to orders@mickmargo.com and we will gladly assist.
