What is Mick Margo’s return policy?

Mick Margo will gladly accept the return or exchange of all unworn, full price merchandise with original tags attached and in their original packaging. All sale and outlet items are final sale.

Items returned to Mick Margo for a refund or exchange must be sent back no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. Click here for the full return policy.

How do I make a return or exchange?

To return an item, simply fill out the form enclosed in the shipping box and state your reason for return. Include this form in the box for return. Attach the address label provided to your shipping box, then send the box back using the carrier of your choice. Mick Margo is not responsible for any shipping charges you may incur or for any damages or losses suffered when returning the items. How much does shipping cost?

All orders for Mick Margo merchandise are subject to shipping charges. Domestic shipping charges depend on the method of shipment you choose for your order. Our domestic flat-rate charges for shipping are shown below.  International shipping is a flat fee of $50.

Once my order is placed, how long will it take to receive it?

The length of time it takes for you to receive your order depends on the method of shipment.  Orders are shipped Mondays through Fridays, with the exception of holidays.  Orders placed by 12pm EST will go out the same day, otherwise they will be processed the following business day.  If you select Next Day, 3-day or 2-day shipping you can expect it accordingly. Ground shipment for domestic orders depends on several factors and usually take between 3 and 7 business days depending on your location. How can I post something to Fashion Journal?

We love to hear from Fashion Journal followers. Please use our online submission area to send us your story ideas. You can either type directly into the posting area or you can cut and paste from another document. If you have a photo or image that goes with your entry, e-mail it to fashionjournal@mickmargo.com We cannot post every new entry, but we try! Check back to see new information and journal entries.

I saw something at the Mick Margo store but do not see it online. Why?

Mick Margo’s online merchandise has a slightly different assortment from the West Village shoppe. If you have seen something in the store that you want to purchase, contact us at inquiries@mickmargo.com or call us at 212-463-0515 and let us know. We will do our best to get you what you want.

How will I know you have received my order?

You will receive an email verification of your order within 24 hours of submission. The order verification email will have your order number in it. Please retain this number in case there is an issue. Once the order ships, you will receive another e-mail with a tracking number to make it simple for you to find out where your order is in the process. If 24 hours have passed since you processed your online order and you have not received your order verification e-mail, contact us at orders@mickmargo.com. How do I know which size to order?

Once you are within the shopping area of the website, you can select sizing info on any piece of merchandise. Because each designer cuts clothing a bit differently, the sizing information is published per designer. We do our best to provide as much information as possible with regard to sizing, but if you have a specific question, do not hesitate to contact us at inquiries@mickmargo.com.

Do you accept international orders?

Mick Margo accepts orders worldwide. Please follow the normal shopping procedures within. When you proceed to checkout, international shipping will apply automatically to your order.
