CUSTOMER SERVICE
Mick Margo’s online store policies and procedures are outlined in this section and the navigation items at left. Please let us know if you do not see the information you are looking for below by emailing us at inquiries@mickmargo.com.
ORDERS
All orders placed with Mick Margo are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order has been placed you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received the order. Upon shipment you will receive an email with a tracking number.
All orders are subject to shipping charges. All
orders shipped within New York State are subject to sales tax in accordance to
New York State law.
Mick Margo reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, the item is out of stock or the stock does not satisfy our quality control standards.
Once you receive your order, we strongly advise all customers to check all items thoroughly before removing any tags or disposing of original packaging. If you believe you have received faulty goods, please contact Mick Margo prior to removing tags and within 3 days of receiving the merchandise to arrange for an exchange or to return the item for a refund.
As Mick Margo is a small shop, we are unable to offer any price adjustments on sale items. We hope you understand.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. Payment will be debited from your account upon shipment of your order. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the credit card issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorize your transaction, Mick Margo will not be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery.
